1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days for the United States, and 7-15 business days for Canada, the United Kingdom, and EU countries.

2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and countries within the European Union.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status.

4. Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

5. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

6. How long does it take to receive a reply?
Our customer support team usually responds within 24-48 business hours.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cleaurahome.com. Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
