Return Window:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Request a Return:
Please contact our customer support team at support@cleaurahome.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue, and we will help resolve it.
